Building a Stronger, Healthier Osu Community Together
A landmark project in Accra, Ghana, the Osu Community Health Clinic is being built through the collaborative efforts of GAI World Missions, public and private agencies, and our generous donors. Together, we are empowering the Osu community by strengthening healthcare delivery and creating a legacy of wellness and support.
Ach John Amugba serves as Project Manager and Engineer, spearheading project planning, cross-functional coordination, and site supervision. He ensures the construction is done correctly and safely at every step.
The Need for this facility: For many in Osu, a 15-minute drive to a doctor can easily turn into an hour-long ordeal due to congestion and transportation barriers. Existing hospitals are operating beyond their limits, forcing vulnerable patients to seek care at distant facilities—a delay that can be critical in emergencies.
Our mission is simple: to provide the Osu community with the affordable, reliable, and immediate healthcare they deserve. Be a Part of the Solution. Click here to support the Osu Medical Clinic.

Jamaica Awakening Tour
In December 2024, Great Awakening International (GAi) journeyed to Jamaica to fortify our T.O.R.C.H. ministry. Led by our dedicated Moreh Abadyahu, this mission focused on awakening the dispersed of Israel through Torah-based teachings, sincere prayer, and a collective return to Yahuah, the Creator of heaven and earth.
A primary objective was the establishment of a regional GAi hub, serving as a beacon to spread the Good News of our Messiah, Yahusha HaMashiach. At GAi World Missions, we are committed to a holistic approach to ministry; we believe in nourishing both the spirit and the body. In partnership with our local assemblies, we provide essential necessities—such as food, clothing, and supplies—to those in need. By coupling tangible aid with spiritual ministry, we share the goodness of the Mighty One of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, bringing prayer and healing to the brokenhearted
