Our mission in Africa is dedicated to serving those marginalized and lack basic necessities. We are focused on transforming cycles of poverty into sustainable pathways of empowerment by equipping them with tools for stability and self-reliance.

Economic empowerment through targeted vocational training and micro-finance initiatives. This enables them to establish independent income, secure their families’ futures and be a good role model for the future generations.

In the beautiful community of Adanwomase (located near Kumasi, Ghana), access to clean, reliable drinking water remains a daily challenge. Families and children often walk long distances to secure water that isn’t always safe.
We are on a mission to change that. The Adanwomase Water Project will fund the construction of a reliable community borehole, providing a lifetime of clean water, better health, and new opportunities for the entire village.

At GAI World Missions, we bring the Torah to life—not just through our words, but through our actions. Thanks to your generous donations, we had successfully transformed the old library at the OSU Orphanage in Ghana into a fully functioning computer lab. In 2025, the facility was equipped with second-hand computers, air conditioning, and 18 months of prepaid internet service.

Providing Accessible and Affordable Healthcare to the OSU community in Accra, Ghana.
The Problem: Congestion and overcrowded hospitals mean people in Osu can’t get medical help when they need it most. A short trip often turns into a life-threatening delay.
The Solution: We are building a clinic to provide reliable, low-cost healthcare right here in the neighborhood of OSU. By reducing travel times and improving emergency response, the facility will allow residents to receive high-quality care when they need it most. Some of the services that will be offered at this facility include maternal care, pediatrics, and on-site diagnostics. Beyond medical treatment, it acts as a vital pillar of hope and resilience for the entire region. Ultimately, this facility is an investment in the long-term well-being and health of future generations. The residents and leaders of the OSU community are calling for your support to finalize construction and transform this facility into a fully operational medical center that meets the critical needs of their community.
Sewing Threads of Hope : Empowering the Artisans of Umuchiakuma
In Umuchiakuma, located within the historic Arochukwu Kingdom of Nigeria, talented local tailors possess the skill, the drive, and the sewing machines to clothe their community and build sustainable livelihoods. However, a critical barrier stands in their way: the high cost and lack of access to quality sewing threads. Without thread, their needles sit idle, and their sewing machines remain silent.
We are launching a targeted campaign to raise $1,000 to purchase bulk, high-grade industrial sewing threads in every essential color. By filling this supply gap, you provide these resilient people with the raw materials needed to transform fabric into beautiful garments, unlocking continuous income and economic independence for their families.
